@meekuh just make an / stop autoattack macro for your interrupt, and in shield slam/revenge etc. make /start autoattack. ( not sure what the actual macro is, just copy pasted in in my tanks )
that way u can interrupt without attacking, and as soon as u switch ur target, eversthing is attackee again. i myself dont enjoy focus kicking in dungeons, as targets used to switch alot

Vampiric speed, in general, is an excellent 1-point wonder for m+. Obviously it's a bit weaker on necrotic weeks, but even without reaping it helps you chain faster on trash because it does the healer's work for you and keeps you healthy as you move on.

That being said, for us you typically aren't going to sim because well, tank sims. Just use whatever is your highest ilevel and worry about secondaries only if you're comparing equal ilevel pieces.
For M+ go for haste and crit primarily (on equal ilevel pieces), for raids haste/vers (again on equal ilevel pieces)

@sick sentinel Generally, the healer should follow you where ever you go/kite. So ranging and line of sight won't be an issue. You can be vocal about it too, saying you're going to kite or going to line of sight around a corner.
As far as aggro issues, have rogues/hunters tricks/MD you as much as possible or leave/kite as late as possible to make sure you have enough threat on them.

Well, the script isn't mandatory really, as long as you are outside of the cave when you log in, you should see the emote when you walk in close to the edge of the cliff.
The script is helpful for when you're just camping there though, because guild/addon messages can spam out the emote
