you'll prob hear talk of haste BPs in relation to SB cooldown reduction, which is "true" in a very narrow sense
the reality is that the stat itself provides more than just that reduction, so much so that the "value" isn't diminished to the point where haste gets knocked down a peg.

@west nacelle your biggest tool to get aggro is going to be your Avatar phase of combat. That being said, loss of aggro is generally due to a) lack of damage on your end b) lack of applying enough damage to the right targets or c) dramatic gear disparity. The last one, is something you'll need to deal with externally (calling for them to give you time to build aggro, or calling for Tricks/Misdirections from Rogues/Hunters)

My 383 ilvl alt, revered with champions of azeroth & every bfa faction, has a level 43 neck but the ilvl of the neck is only 407. It seems I might have forgotten to get magni to "infuse" higher ilvls into the necklace, but I just visited magni and he offers nothing.
My mains level 50 neck is 433 .... so the necks are 7 azerite levels apart and 26 ilvls. I think I'm missing something. Any ideas, please?

Well that's the thing @fresh vigil ... if it's YOUR GROUP ... the synergy will depend on that BUT in a pug that high ... mmm 50/50 ... usually pugs that high at least have SOME TYPE of frontal lobe and do their part.
