you cant reflect a dot tick, it wont eat up SR, it would only reduce the damage it does, SR will only expire and reflect an actual spell cast

SR prevents a stack of the debuff from Risen Souls. So what you could do is shockwave and then spell reflect to prevent x amount of stacks. Useful for preventing a huge stack buildup right after a dispel.

On Warcraft logs you can look at damage taken
First note the total number of melee attacks against the person
Then there’s an aura filter bar
Set shield block to red and last stand to red
Which will give you attacks against the target without one of those two buffs up

It's fine. You still get a good bit of damage from additional DC traits. If you prefer to have traits that have some survivability on them as well, you can go after Iron Fortress or something like Meticulous Scheming instead, but you don't have a "bad" trait setup for M+.

If having one Overwhelming trait gives 24 haste per stack and you have 25 stacks.
Having two Overwhelming traits gives 48 per stack and you have 25 stacks.

Generally you want to taunt the third hit of the combo, not the second, with the exception of triple smash

I’d say it’s only needed if (chose one or many):
- You are a cutting edge world first racer
- You are insane
- For some reason you are a pro guild that does split raids but nobody except you plays tank but you are a neet so you can do like 10 clears of each raid a week across 6 chars
(Keyword is needed it’s your game and as long you don’t inconvenience others (at which point is dvocate for excluding you) you can really do whatever you want, I personally spam roll on stairs)
