When we run shrine we generally end up proccing 60% reap before ele then skip it along with elemental

The best run I did was with a complete pug, on a 16, with bolstering explosive tyrannical .
We missed the timer because of a wipe on last boss (missed explosion in 2nd intermission killed the healer), but we didn't do anything overly fancy to get it done.

So usually you have 2 dps on 1 and the other dps on the other. If heals and tank come out quick, it should be np. Otherwise you have to be very careful on not failing interrupts as the heals and tank come out of their phasing

Best way to handle kicks is either: ranged kicks far late with 1st melee kicking close immediately, 2nd melee following late, 1st melee kicking late far or let far go through and kick late accordingly. If you do 2nd you have to let healer know to come in after unless they dispels themselves

there are 2 sections, bfi is better than bom in raid, and for sruvivability, and there is a m+ section for traits to take for the prot spec traits and the middle/inner rings are generally the same for both raiding and m+ with slight differences

Pawn is shit because stat weights are only useful if you update them every time you get a new piece of gear. Since the way to get those weights is Raidbots, and you can run a top gear sim on raidbots anyway, it's really kind of just not needed.

If you've hit exalted with champions on at least one toon, there's no real reason to grind the rep on other toons
Dungeons is usually the easiest way to get gear, but WQs will be a viable loot source for newer 120s again on Tuesday. They're increasing the scaling of gear from them again.

Well, considering the damage it deals to you and the weird cooldown, I'd probably go with knot and vial. Someone else can speak to the lurker trinket, but it doesn't seem great to me because of the drawback. Can you click the buff off early to minimize the damage?

You can have a macro to cancel it, sure because of the damage, but 1k mastery is a ton of critical block, as much as a double bom almost
If that extra crit block chance causes you to crit block even one more attack during those 10 seconds, the damage taken is worth it
The trinket isn't that good for the exact and only reason jes' howler isn't that good
