From a tank perspective, you generally go for ilvl. So if a socket ends up giving you more stats overall (unlikely but possible), then you take it. But you take the piece that gives you more stats
Nnoggas party cd tracker and interrupt tracker are both good for m+. I like maroks SB/IP weakauras as well for personal prot warrior play

@woven trellis ok so the thing with BomB and RNG is that one shows up in the damage meters and the other doesn't
The difference being one is a proc that adds up with your other multipliers (ie. Avatar and the 20%, the soon-to-be 50 but still 100% and the 1.8k mastery from BoM)
The other is linear with it's damage being reliant to the number of mobs/if you are moving them or not
It can proc off of hc throw and pull mobs you did not want to pull
Or break saps and put things in combat that you did not want to put
You can be having a huge pack that you have to move and the bombs will just call flat on the ground
Because it is a proc that it just happens you can't control it, but a proc of RNG you can do with it what you want
