It's interesting. I like how the slots are defined, so the last slot is purely a fuckery one with like water breathing etc. I think it's interesting as its a really boiled down version of Azerite. I also am a bit iffy if they want to take the trinket slot in that direction

Plus sides:

• Customization is fun
• Allows for neater expansions without taking up slots (see: tier coming back)
  Downsides:
• More cases of have/have nots.
• Much harder to tune
