Sure some of their nerfs are shortsighted and some of their design philosophy is lackluster but [English word for the combining of the two sexes] me if a lot of what they design is well functioning as well. It's easy to notice the 1 thing that's wrong. They're juggling and handing a lot of stuff on their plate. Should they have buffed the timer back then? I don't know man.
I think Blizzard decided to take the approach of "Let's see how it goes before we do future changes". Like they probably discussed increasing the timer back then but decided against it cause it's easier to wait a bit THEN increase the timer than to increase the timer then only to go "Oh this was probably too much time." Plus they wouldn't know how much time they should theoretically add with this. I honestly agree with their decision to wait with future changes to get more data on the new iteration of the dungeon.

problems with KR;
- First boss DOT is still fucked and they learned 0 lessons from Legion
- First trash room is completely fucked if you don't have an enrage dispel or if you bring less than two melee
- Shadow of Zul's are fucked on Bolstering or Bursting
- Gauntlet is fine except for archer lady on Fortified. Although not being able to stop the lightning is a huge time loss if you don't have a displace in the group.
- Purification Construct has no reason to exist and doesn't give enough % for how long it takes to single target down. Remove the laser beam so you can pull it with more trash, or nerf its HP.
- Blob room is fine and so is that boss.
- Bridge is utterly fucked, Spectral Bolt hits way too hard for a spammable ability with no recast time (it hits harder than Rip Mind in Shrine which has a 16 second recast), the patrolling brute is idiotic, the immovable beastmasters, the hex, the healing totem. There's too many mechanics in the bridge by at least double. The brute should be removed completely, the spectral bolt OR the berserker bleed should be removed. Pulling 3 mobs at a time all the way down the bridge is stupid.

TL:DR My sister was guild master, her guild started dying due to drama. They were an AOTC guild, usually getting it like.. a week or two before new raid.
She knows I'm playing BfA but not raiding (Couldn't bother with maintaing my Heart of Azeroth despite playing for 4000-5000 minutes a week) and asks me to join the guild cause they're desperate.
I join and bring a few friends, bad ones. But you know, IRL friends, fun to play with. M+ is always there.
Literally nothing about the guild is functioning. They don't drop feasts, the raid leader doesn't explain tactics, but it's fun. It's very fun.
I'm made Officer cause I do some recruitment on the side and I do even more recruitment, fix up the guild a bit more.
My sister gives my character (named Nepotisme) Guild Master after I had been in the guild for 3 months and quits the game.
And we're currently progressing Mythic at a snails pace.
Actually recruited a guy from this Discord group lately, @sand condor.
