Why not just simplify the process entirely, since that's what your first bit of rage is going into anyway, shifting into bear form grants iron fur. I think at some point there needs to be an explanation for why hyper high-end players do what they do. They have an extremely clear goal, and an extremely well defined state they're trying to achieve. And they know exactly how to achieve it.
Quick Nav is better. Except what if you play with your healer so god damn much, and your DPS all have 3/3 resounding protection, that you can make wager with your healer that you fishing for 14% leech might buy them an extra 3-4 GCDs per pull to safely DPS? In which case, their dps outweighs your dps/survivability loss.
This wager would fail in almost any normal group, and would utterly fail in pugs, but in hyper high end works. A strategy that is not something you can recommend

That's 600HPS.
If you end a m+ with 20k overall damage leech would have been an average of 1000 HPS.
