5 guys with green parses
1 guy with grey parses.
Which is a very healthy improvement from like, a month ago when we had 2 guys at blue and rest at green (plus the one guy at legendary, he's a constant)
And one of the guys at green was on orb duty and tends to purple parse.

if you're looking at a given trait, it's safe to assume it stacks
there's also ways to find out which part of hte trait stacks...
(1 isn't in game but still works) 1) go to wowhead and find the spell associated with the trait, moving the ilevel slider usually shows which 2) Hover over middle trait in the piece. Numbers that are highlighted in green are also the numbers that will scale with extra multiples of the trait. 3) Link the trait in chat and whichever stacks scales( and vice versa)

If the value of a number increases with the chamber unlock, that value also stacks with more traits.
Chamber unlock being the middle trait that increases the ilvl.
Anything it doesn't increase doesn't scale with more of the stacks.
I.E Upgrading a chestpiece with Deafening Crash will increase your thunder clap damage, but not the duration on Demo Shout.
Ergo, more Deafening Crashes = More clap damage, but not longer duration on demo shout.
Easy way to check in game.
