Theres arguments for and against TC; im of the opinion that while u should never get sub 20% if ur playing apporpriately geared content correctly; sub 50 is very common which guts its uptime andmakes its drawback weigh more heavily than it does for something like BDK.

Essentially TC has a gradient from "alright- deadweight - actively detrimental" which; when compared to prot specific traits is generally not worth it
