You should have a set CC rotation that you most often use. For example we usually do Single interrupts --> shockwave --> Chaos Nova --> Fear --> single interrupts --> typhoon and then just finish up
And then try to go for consistency I guess so that the dps know exactly what to do on each pull

AFAIK you can get the hidden appearance with a trial, but I don't think 110 trials start with their artifact, so it would be pretty tedious to keep making a new one, doing the quest, going to the cave, etc.

Eh, use what you like better. The only taunt warnings I've ever had issue with on DBM is ones related to stacks (e.g. Harjatan or something like that) where you don't always switch at the same stacks as you gear up since you can take more.

99% of the time it's user error. Even having the worst possible traits and going to the best possible traits shouldn't make you go from feeling squishy to feeling tanky (you might notice a difference but it's definitely not the issue)

Most common mistakes are bad effective Shield Block uptime and not using Avatar/Demo Shout on CD like you should. Talents could also be a problem if they're wrong.

Don't spam Revenge - use rage on IP instead - Use Revenge when you get a free proc or snap AoE aggro/Deep Wounds needs to be applied.
Last Stand can be used pretty freely since it has a fairly low uptime, just don't overlap it with SB.
Use Avatar/Demo pretty much on CD.
Don't overcap rage.
Use SR correctly, to either reflect a spell or reduce the dmg of any of them.
If it's magic damage only (last 2 bosses in ML for example) - use all your rage into IP.
Shield Wall vs magic damage mostly or to cover for holes in AM uptime (SB/LS are down).
