You can kinda just compare their relative stat gains, over it's duration/CD, the extra versatility from Jes' averages out to like 77 over the 2 minute CD, where as the ritual feather averages out to like 150 mastery

Obviously it's not a perfect metric

And obviously you can always just test them out to see how they feel if you're unsure
