@sick sentinel You're looking at damage vers not the DR % vers. Look at the left baseline %, the 2.58% you have there should be the % DR you have from vers in game.

As for IP I'm using the "wrong" (i.e. tooltip) formula, only because it's close enough and for figuring out the relative increase each stat has on IP there's not really a good reason to try to work in the actual formula there, the % increase for IP on each stat would be more or less the same

For Single Target, ignore the cast revenge when it's free tidbit, cast it whenever u dont need to use a shield block or Ignore Pain
For Multi, it's ok
For opener, I personally open with intercept>Thunderclap>demo shout>Shield Block
But everyone opens up different
Make adjustments if u want, its really up to you however

Uhh, you definitely shouldn't ignore casting revenge when it's free. Yes you can also use revenge when you don't need to spend rage on defensives, but you should always cast a free revenge over devastate

meaning its healing fluctuates.
Victory Rush is a flat 20% heal.
So you pool runic power to Death Strike after taking a juicy hit or two.
Victory Rush you just press when it glows and you're sub 80% health for the most part.
