Technically speaking the soft cap for haste is whenever you hit 100% effective shield block uptime, after which haste becomes the worst stat for survivability.
But the haste required to hit 100% effective shield block uptime can vary greatly depending on the fight, and it's safer to have more haste than you actually "need" on a given encounter to account for mistakes and such.
So, no, there isn't really a haste cap

guys, my healers are being bitchy, I missed 2 raids and I was substituted by a monk in my absence, the healers are saying they prefered 2 monks over 1 warr and 1 monk (grong mythic). Is there a reason to prefer a warr over a monk? I take less damage, but I also heal less, so don't know how to convince them :p

i main heal in raids and as far as tanks - i just care if tanks are doing what they're supposed to - their class doesn't really make a difference to me

I tooklike 35k dtps and monk took 39k dtps, I healed 7k hps and monk healed 9k hps I did 10k dps he did 8k dps :p but he doesn't main tank though :p

For Jaina - 75th and up - 63.77% use devastator
Storm wall is 35% mekkatorque is 30%. Otherwise itโs about 9-15%

that's what I'm thinking. Spec'd to beat Jaina and just using it all the way through. Seeing as she's the final boss, we're probably seeing an increased amount of guilds hitting that final stage.

Well, I imagine some fights people pad to get logs typically. But if your guild won't set those pads up, or you're just not on the duty that would result in a higher parse (since I'm not a raider, I'll use an unrealistic example here). For example if you were tanking first boss the whole time and someone else was tanking the adds the whole time, Devastator would make sense because for you it's a single target fight and Devastator would help parse for pure ST.
So maybe they're just in those types of situations on the later bosses, hence Devastator

Also possible, but doesn't seem super likely to me. You don't go Deva unless you're interested in parsing, which likely means you're interested in parsing on all bosses, not just one. And if you were going to be lazy and didn't care, you would just stay BV the whole time.
But that's all speculation of course
