grong is a good fight for warrior tank lots of dmg you can block ..you should be tanking the boss and have the druid taunting during the combo and u take throw cause your spell reflect will be up for every one
and what i do is we swap every cast of his combo so lets say for his first combo i have the boss agro and he starts his combo ...1st cast no one does anything i get hit ...2nd cast offtank taunts...3rd cast I taunt back take the hit and get thrown
also if you target your off tank while your are in grongs fist and spam intercept soon as grong throws you you will charge to your off tank and bam your good to taunt n take boss back and wait for the next combo
anyway if you do all that you will never get more then 1 stack of his bleed or dot whatever it is from his 3 hit combo
then before your are grabbed just make sure you hit your spell reflect and depending how busy your healers are other cooldowns

How do you never get more than 1 stack of bleed if you always take hits 1 and 3? Grong could easily cast bleeds in both those spots.

Err I wouldn't advise having set hits that you take. As long as the tank doesn't take two CONSECUTIVE smashes or THREE bleeds, it's normally fine.
It's common for one of the tanks to end up with two bleeds in some cases.
If the bleed is the first two abilities he cast, it's normally just for the best to let the tank who's taking the boss take them both with the off tank taking whatever the third hit is and then the throw
Just so the bleeds + Throw don't just kill the tank.

Most of the time we concentrate on being defensive here (allows us to pull bigger more comfortably and thus results in more dps as more mobs are pulled in) or at the very least having options that handle both defensive and offensiveness... so you should be very careful with stat weights on raidbots, it can have an unintended result. I personally don't use stat weights on it at all.

So you have 4 mobs on you, every time you block an attack from each of them it damages them with IF, so its good on multiple targets, mainly m+ bfi is the other comparison being better in raids since its better single target and you revenge less

At 10 stacks (easy go get go during Avatar) with one at 400 ivl it's 740 frost damage every 3rd second.
Thats approx 246 DPS per target with 10 stacks.
So if you fight 10 mobs its 2460 dps.
Thats a lot of power from a single trinket

But seriously.. 2.2k you will get carried by gear only. You dont even have to do spicy pulls because you have so much time. On higher keys you NEED avatar on certain pulls and then you might have to hold it for 20-30 seconds sometimes even more
And I think its better to do it right from the start on lower keys than having to learn the hard way

Haste and Versa are worth more than crit.
But if you have 100 versa and 110 crit, the 110 crit will serve you more.

In Legion secondaries were really strong. In BfA that's just not the case.
If a ring has 10 ilvls or 5 ilvls + a socket/10 ilvls and a socket with way better stat optimization in difference you could consider it
