Longer Answer: due to pull cadence and how M+ works in addition to a significantly larger portion of our damage being tied to TClap, beefing up the Avatar window provides huge returns in both damage and mitigation (as you can generally have Avatar for every pull without having to hold it, something that is not guaranteed in raids which decreases its value)
