As a side note, if we actually had VR up every time something died it would be broken. Go do the last boss of Underrot and you’ll see why. Ez solo. You don’t need anyone to stay alive. You just aoe one of the orbs and it gives you a free VR. It’s literally broken.

yeah i def like fireblood but i also want to use LFD racial on big pulls/reap

If you’re doing big pulls you’re most likely going to have avatar up for it

And I’m of the assumption that some of LFD racial will get wasted on reaping

Because you clap it so hard anyways

With this week especially, you can facetank big pulls as dark iron and racial at 40 stacks of necrotic and then go again

Which is feelscraft but I can’t imagine it’d be less damage than kiting out and having LFD racial

I’m normally night elf but besides for the odd death skip I have to die for, I’m honestly liking this more than nelf. I haven’t tried LFD on warrior yet but when you already do like 200k per reaping and have an outlaw rogue

The chance of you getting your racial off feels slim during reaping anyways

@stoic pilot good points, but the debuff is a 3 second channel isn't it? can just drop it on a big reap add and let it do the padding lol, i agree fireblood is amazing as well especially for this week, but i wouldn't mind doing LFD for the affixes in 2 weeks where its volcaniclol in which we can pull the whole instance

Sure, but there's still some niche stuff you can purge with fireblood. Like if you fuck up on 3rd boss underrot, you can eat your disease stacks.

yeah i mean you gotta really just make sure you put it up on a healthy mob, 3 sec is relatively short time but can go wrong if you put it on a non healthy mob

In the beginning of underrot, you can do double tick pull + matron / worm

and purge the tick debuff iirc

Out of LFD / DID I would recommend Dark Iron though simply because it's got so much use out of just damage, and on necrotic weeks which are considered push weeks for some dungeons when they're fort you can sit in melee for a LONG time.

Makes stuff like Jes howler so you don't need to ever open cages either.

Depends on the mob pack, if it's a massive amount of small mobs yeah.

I just use it when I notice I'm actually dropping and not popping back up.

yeah i was just basing off some parses which showed pretty much a lot of the top 5 ally prot warrior parses with light's judgement (not everyone but most)

for raids that is

obv for m+ this week, fireblood is more common for the top runs for ally at least

Well if you do want more damage LFD is the way to go, utility wise / emergency Dark Iron has quickly passed up nelf for me in terms of usefulness
