best way to do that is to get as many generators in there (SS + TClap)

during avatar your TClap is like you're best friend and will/should be hit every other button

I'm not great at prot yet but was tanking 5-7 at 365 this week which was very doable. It forced me to play very defensive but I am quickly learning my abilities and CD usage. Granted I have a brm and bdk so I know the dungeons really well from a tank perspective. I'd suggest going into 3-5 keys so you actually have to use your abilities to stay alive and learn mechanics. M0 isn't going to force you to use stuff effectively even at your ilvl

aye but half of is it not knowing what im pressing, reading a priority list doesnt help me much, i like to runthrough what i need to do with someone to confirm which usually gives me that little bit onf confidence knowing imdoing it right and shouldnt have to worry on that so much and worry on the other stuff

Maybe try doing some 0s then and only using SB or only using IP on different pulls to feel out what each mitigated and how it works

Then you can combine the two together effectively

Islands are a good learning tool too. It's constant trash pulls that are generally big and will give you a lot of practice in a short amount of time

Also not tied to bricking a key and you can't get denied for ilvl

I actually did motherlode yesterday where i actually died within a global cd and it caught me so off guard

Just flat out died from 90% to 0 within 0.2 seconds

If you don't use method dungeon tools that's a good tool to look at each mob individually that you're unsure about and see their abilities. If you aren't guilded I'd suggest a guild that will help you run and learn the dungeons as a new tank.
