Was running Shrine 10 on Saturday on my Hunter alt. The guy tanking, prot warrior in 381, stood in the storm. All of the DPS stood in the storm. Our holy priest couldn't keep us up.

As always - diamond shows up big in overall numbers since it's always constantly ticking.
The small ticks just add up - in a life or death situation on a high enough key it won't matter.
It is still one of the best defensive trinkets around but for most people doing sub 20 keys it shouldn't be needed.
