Working on mythic Grong - we have been tanking boss where he starts and almost all of the add spawns look 15+ yards away. There’s a spawn on either side pretty close that happens sometimes

@cobalt trellis I'd use the 420. The 415 technically has more stats (literally 4 stats), but the 420 has more armor and with that small of a difference I don't think it's worth using the lower ilevel.

Even if you are dying then the Diamond won't make a big difference since it gives you a ~7-8k shield every 7-8seconds that gets eaten off by 1 melee attack on higher keys.

There IS a rage different between BV and Devastator but it's not overly huge.
In general people play Devastator on pure ST fights due to it being a DPS increase.
if you can survive the damage as it is then you can just go a bit more agressive. 🤷
I'm only on Mekka myself atm tho but that's the general reasons behind Devastator on most fights.

If you look at Pump'ses resources for example you can see that the dmg is fairly minimal up until P3.
And i'm also around 90% sure that that's not their first kill but rather a re-kill.. @clever mountain is the one up on wlogs your first Jaina kill or a re-kill?

For m+ it's gonna be mongo DPS.
If you want a more varied build with some more defensive value as well throw in a IF and a BfI instead of 2 of the DC's.
But try to keep x3 BoM since that's huge in m+ due to the crit block it provides via master & the pure dps.

Opulence trinket is one of the better defensive ones but it's still fairly underwhelming.
It gives you ~7-8k shield every 7-8 seconds , that gets removed in m+ in less than a second depending on the pull/keylevel so the actual benefit from it is fairly small.
Over a m+ run it piles up a lot of healing done tho but it won't save you in a life or death situation.

Diamond isn't really strong.
It's not a life saver. The 7-8k shield gets eaten in less than a second on higher keys. It just piles up as a lot of healing at the end of the dng.

As far as defensive trinkets go it's one of the better ones but in most situations it's not needed.

The problem with honorguards is that it puts a stacking bleed while doing constant nature damage. So its dangerous to tank honorguards in any combination of another honorguard or stalkers.
