Sacred Blade is reflectable, so using Spell Reflection will give you a little more time to drop your stacks.

The only 2 occasions where you don't is

1. when you have DC in the second ring for 2 pieces and the general power is stats/something defensive and you want more defense
   Or 2) when you have to either choose between bloodsport or more damage.
   Keep in mind that bloodsport is a very powerful defensive trait
