It only mentions them in passing, and in a general sense. The last time the azerite page was updated was 1/21 which was the day before Season 2 launch. Those traits were obviously very new at that time. TC and Bulwark would probably both be better than subsequent DC traits imo.

pretty sure bonded souls is stronger as a defensive trait than offensive. TC's negative effect should never really happen unless it was a situation where you were essentially screwed anyway. You have to already be under 20% when the attack connects for it to be affected by the 15% increase, but obviously it does have that potential negative.

So the best solutions is get better Azerite pieces. But either TC/bulwark or bonded/Bulwark will work for now

My best guess and the potentially not that great info from bloodmallet tells me that from a DPS standpoint, subsequent traits of DC are better than Bonded

TC on cooldown (every other GCD during Avatar) is key, so is using cooldowns (Avatar, BV Demo Shout) as often as possible

@slow nimbus our defensive rotation requires alot of nuance; You want to burn as much rage as possible to feed into Anger Management; but if you burn too much you wont be able to mitigate when you need to. a general guide line is maintain SB anytime its needed - ie anytime you're taking blockable damage, and sink any rage not dedicated to that uptime into IP uptime and revenges
