The reality of it is though; you generally won't have such a freedom of choice. You're basically going to put together the suit with as many Bastion of mights as you can, and 1 TC...and then getting whatever other traits that gear allows. Well remember to tighten up your physical play as much as you can, when the abilities are available..you should be casting Avatar AS you charge in. so your next gcd is a clap...then demo..then clap cast clap first with that avatar boost so you get a quick jump in aggro
if you cast avatar on the way in..then demo...you're already 1 damage gcd behind and you're playing catch up to dh's threat, something is going to peel to them

The reason you use rezans is to get your avatar faster, and because you want to line up every other avatar with vial, rezans help with that so rezan+vial is also good

If you think that you have enough haste to generate enough rage to get your avatar to a 45 sec cd on average then go block
If you are missing haste on your items then go block

I reached 1600+ haste on my prot, and i wonder : During avatar i used to cast thunderclap every other gcd (Thunderclap - gcd - something else - gcd - Thunderclap). Now, if i do that, a loose a tiny bit of thunderclap "uptime" since it would be up during the second gcd (after the "something else"). Is it still worth to cast something else or wait a little bit to not delay thunderclaps at all ?

Quick questions guys, the Icy veins guide tells me that I only want 1 Deafening Crash for survivability as more wont increase the duration of Demo Shout, but what about damage?
