Yes, block and block rating are synonyms.
Higher block rating means that your successful block reduce damage by higher percentage.
The formula is in the form of block / (block + K), where K depends on the level of content you do.
Critical blocks reduce damage by double the percentage of regular blocks.

If it says reflectable, that means that spell is actually reflectable.
If it's magic damage, and not reflectable, SR will still reduce the damage you take.

@tawny crown I have been having a blast. I tanked my first 10 at around 340 ilvl and it went fine. Now I am 364 and feel like I can tank just about anything. With avatar + trinket cooldown I have pulled 35k dps on trash pulls, sometimes I am #1 damage on a trash pull
i have only been 120 for a week and a half
I was hesitant about leveling/gear my warrior after starting on my warrior in legion and dealing with it up through nighthold, but it feels excellent right now

Warriors are pretty good, I'd say the only real flaw is how punitive they are if you mess up, but other than that they're among the bests right now

I felt pretty weak tanking on my rather geared war (arms main), but my gear is basically 0 mastery + 0 versa. Didnt feel as easy as it felt in legion at least!

There was one quest where you had to collect 10 parts of a mech which wasnt 100% drop rate and there was like 6 mobs total and everyone was basically 2 shotting them so it took 40 minutes to complete
