@steel mauve @tired cove just an fyi, I did some testing and found out a few things. 1) RP takes all the damage before IP, 2) this is not the same behavior of the Bandage trinket (possible difference in RP itself), and 3) order did not matter. When IP + Bandages + RP are all active in any order, RP takes 100% of the damage till depleted and Bandages and IP split the damage. The fact that Bandages and RP behave differently is news to me. 🤔

the way I see it (totally could be wrong) are two interactions that behave differently.
Damage taken = 2000
Shield = 1000
IP = 1000
HP = 5000

[RP Interaction- (Mitigated damge > Shield > (50% IP/ 50% HP))]:
S = 0 - //RP takes 1000 points of damage and depletes entirely
IP = 500 - // With 1000 damage left over, IP takes 500 leaving 500 remaining
HP = 4500 - // 500 damage goes to your health.

[Bandages Interaction - (Mitigated damage > (50% IP/50% Shield) > HP)]:
IP = 0 - // IP takes 1000 points of damage [50% of 2000] reducing it to 0.
S = 0 - // Shield takes the remaining 1000 points of damage.
HP = 5000 - // 0 damage left over.

so the idea is that since you can cast IP off the GCD, pumping that back to 1000, post hit vs in the RP scenario where you'd cast it and get a 1300 IP with 200 of that overspent while also taking 500 points more to your hp

for that trinket, so the strength of the trinket lies in the haste scaling, not the versa scaling

testing on mu guardian druid that has approx 1k more versa than my warrior only increased the shield by 1k~

Having an IV/the int shout trait or prydaz is huge for mplus and gemhide is huge for raiding

@merry cave if you want to time siege without abusing spotter you need to treate all the spotters like you would treate mobs without it with the addition of explosives i recommend killing all the spotters except the last and using the last to kill one pack on the left side of the 3rd boss

However if you insist on bolstering the first spotter you can use that to clear majority of the dungeon wouldnt recommend in pugs tho

alright. i'm studying into the bosses now, and was trying to work out the most sane way to deal with the tank stacks on the first boss. right now probably going to have my cotank (who is on adds) taunt for a few seconds while i let my stacks drop

i was thinking about doing that but don't feel super keen on it. i don't like the weird jerky boss movement it would cause, plus i'm not seeing any particularly long casts really. the spot where i guess i'd run away to drop stacks is around where she's ressing the adds

depending on adds it might be necessary to kite her, stacking zealotry probably will add up during the fight if adds die near her though

It just says random target, so i think theoretically it can be cast on the tank, but thats a small chance

And even then, thats a spell that would do 1m damage, so assuming they dont want us spell reflecting things like that any more like ghuun

@silk moat Yes, but the damage shouldn't decimate you or anything. If it were a high enough key that you were concerned, you could just tank the bosses apart. The one with lightning shield doesn't move.

If talking about raid it's almost always safe to assume you have 1 charge up at all times due to not having to move that much..m+ wise you can use something in the lines of

@fickle geode there is a weakaura that has been posted over at the WA discord that gives you a cast bar for all incoming spells that you can reflect and shows which one your reflect will reflect even.

Supposed to be every 4 fireball. Each having a 2 sec cast.
But that timer is too short for any tankswap so It's gonna be longer

If there is at least 4 secs between impacts we can cheese thé swap for à 5th stack if there is 5secs E can completely cheese it
