A better weapon can contribute to that for example

@sly lintel at appropriate gear and if played correctly, you shouldn't lose aggro even on skittish, so look if you are using correct talents and azerite pieces and of course, get more gear... but playing correctly is what will save you there.
If they still manage to snatch aggro from you though, then you can taunt one mob, hc leap to reset taunt's CD and taunt a second mob
