Personally it'd be either a MW or a druid
MW don't deal as much damage as druid, have a brez or stealth but they heal a bit better because it's more heavy healing and not hots based
And can give ur group a 5% physical damage boost on adds/bosses, also they have a bubble and a longer(and better) knock back/keep away

Since a fight can last anywhere bewteen 3-7 minutes and ur not gong see LS cast at the start but more near the end of a fight

there are many variables on kills that we might not see or recognize when looking at logs, so i'm a bit iffy about just saying "lol use last stand", but it's an important part of how the spec plays
so he should at least keep it in mind

I would go syringe rezans
and you just shieldblock stuff as much as possible, with virtually and downtime you will have time to recharge some charges and you press last stand to cover gaps
and with virtually any amount of downtime, you you will very rarely need SW to cover your mit gaps so I prefer using it for magic damage ( while at the same time recharging SB)

sometimes when you want to stabilize and/or you healer needs to clear grievous from other members of the group you can press SB with SW and you will take no damage for 8 sec so your healer can catch up

There'll be some flavor text or a roar, sometimes there isn't because it bugs out. Just give the entire cave a once over glance to make sure it didn't spawn and not give you the text.
Some people spent months trying to get it. It took me like 3 months to get the Feral skin.

If the gear is the same ilvl, always aim to go for haste
If the gear is a higher ilvl than what u have on, equip it. 95% of the time ur going to do that anyways, always equip better gear, dont aim for stats.
Also dont worry about getting the perfect stats, all secondary stats are equally useful to us
