Are you running behind your co-tank to drop stacks (i.e. where Zul is facing)? Should be tanking him in the center, then running to the edge in front of Zul to drop stacks. That way you're as close as possible to your co-tank when you're coming back.

Yeah you can BoP it off too instead of getting brezzed (pretty sure that's the strat for mythic actually, BoP or brez). If you're doing it as quickly as possible, maybe it's just your co-tank using CDs wrong (assuming that's needed to take higher stacks)? Might be his fault, rather than yours.

Definitely would be easier to get back in time if you were only out there for a few seconds to drop the stack vs. almost the whole 20 seconds.
