Bolstering isnt bad as long as people understand that things need to die close together.
If you have a mob with higher health switch to it so it dies within close proximity to the rest of the mobs.
That way if it gets bolstered it wont be as bad to deal with.
You just cant single target nuke down any one mob in a trash pack otherwise it becomes a nightmare.

It just means that your dps need to be more mindful of what adds have more health. Most cleave is based off certain abilities. Enhancement can only cleave after using Lightning Crash, so they just ommit that from their rotation until it makes sense to use.
And you can also range bolstering. CC adds and pull the rest away or have someone offtank an add you dont want bolstered.
Little things like that can make a major difference.

Allways haste? right now i have 13.97% (646) Crit, 19.16% (1303) Haste without ItF talent, 7.38/3.69 (627) Versa, 26,75% (708) Mastery. What should i change for raids and m+? should i go for as many as possble haste and versa/mastery? weapon and rings enchant also? or there is point where haste is no so important and othere stats are better?

Ilevel is king and our secondaries are all very close together. Haste is still the best, but you should not attempt to get it over the expense of ilevel. There is no point where haste becomes less important, at least not that we can hit.

@weep keys are easy, just gotta learn how to pull each dungeon and be liberal with big CDs, maximizing your and your group's damage while still being safe
With your ilvl you should be able to do 16+ most weeks without survival issues.

@wooden sun not sure if anyone answered you but Details! Can at least show block uptime by using the Buff Uptime. Add your SB % and you LS % to see how well you are doing. I’m getting 60-65% for a dungeon while running 12-15 keys.
