Personally I would not switch your current trinkets for darkmoon unless you want a more defensive trinket because you feel like ur lacking in that department. Of what you listed, use syringe and claw
Syringe deals a good amount of damage while also giving u crit which affects parry on top of being a crit increase

The icy-veins guide is a good place to start. Make sure to read the spell summary and the entire rotation guide; it goes into when you want to use your active mitigation (Shield Block/Ignore Pain) pretty well. Essentially you want Shield Block up as much as possible as long as you're taking blockable damage (which will be the vast majority of the time), and use Ignore Pain as a supplemental damage reduction (it's not strong enough to accomplish much on its own, but it does have the benefit of working on magic and physical). 100% uptime is not possible, but you should be able to have 100% uptime while tanking things, which is what matters.

realistically the only time you use revenge is when you have a proc
(or you're about to rage cap and have no use for IP before you would cap)

(it should be appended that if you're actively tanking and shield block is not up and IP is not up and you only have enough rage for one, you should always prioritize shield block over IP if you're taking primarily blockable damage)
