Aside from not worrying about ur DPS because it will naturally increase from ilvl increasing and high ilvl azerite pieces just focus on getting haste so u can have ur Shield Block bewteen 10-12 recharge time

Also we cant sim, our module isnt working and is on the list, but there is no way to determine stat weights or any thing, you can only use your brain and follow the stat priority which is in the pins, ilvl will pretty much always win on armor pieces, and most of the time on rings, only follow the priority for same ilvl pieces
I suggest bounding stride really, we need to kite a lot and it honestly helps, most of the time adds are going to be stacked on you so youll lose out on usefulness of a bigger tclap if the majority of the time adds will stillget hit by a non buffed tclap range regardless, i would only take it if you find your self with mobs outside of the range
And i usually take rumbling earth in dungeons and switch to storm bolt for a couple raid bosses
