So rage gen should not be a problem in M+ due to the way we get rage per hit now. The only way to really starve is by inappropriately spamming rev or IP. Now casting IP is almost never a bad idea (since it advances anger management even if there is nothing to absorb) but its best to try to sit at around 60 rage instead of always fighting a like 0-20 rage. Just pool up a little bit; its okay to not be on full burn at all times
