i went from arms>prot then went to transmog my 1 hander to a artifact. it only gave me the option for the 2 handers from arms. It worked and just makes my shield disappear !

during peak moments during legion you'd have BC (a 1 min CD) down to under 20 sec easily and in some cases, under 15 sec
during lust you'd have had a 100% uptime on Avatar without trying and with proper play you'd nearly have 100% uptime outside of it as well
