Cant really sim for relative value atm, but in general I would not prioritize tertiaries like speed or avoidance over ilvl. Regardless of what the actual secondaries are, the 330 will have more stam and a larger stat budget for secondaries (which seem to be more similar in value than last expac, between the squish and the spec tuning)
