there's a fair amount of wiggle room in PvP talents. Up against a single target while leveling, you'll probably see better results with Punish and HR. Also Shield Bash + Demo Shout + Punish reduces their damage by almost 40%, and can be kept up 100% of the time

And engage them right at the end it'll keep you from having to restart
