They probably have their leggos at 1000 with lower gear in their other slots, your leggos are baseline with all your gear around the same, I think that'll skew your health. Your chest in particular will give a large amount once boosted, your leg slot is also your lowest ilvl. Those 2 have higher stam budgets iirc.

Hey, I'm a dps main but I want to do the prot mage tower before it disappears. I was wondering which leggos and trinkets I should be using, I have all of the prot leggos and the following trinkets: Khaz'goroth 990, CoF 910, Archimonde 1000, 930 memento of angerboda, 895 horn of valor, a bunch of crappy stat sticks

Any suggestions?

So I've found the guide which ranks the trinkets which is great but what would you guys say is the mage tower like? Is it spikey dmg? Do I need to reduce healing required more? I would've thought increasing my EHP is not so useful but I have no idea since I've never really tanked before

I would go gauntlet and wrist since that gives you great dmg and healing, if you have trouble moving around or just getting pushed out switch any of them out for leap shoulders.

Most of the time it’s a badly timed stomp into annihilation before I recover

I try to stay moving to put myself at edge of stomp but sometimes it puts me towards he middle

You could try the legendary shoulders if stomp is getting you.

Reflecting Twisted Reflections is really important because it will keep you alive through everything but the one-hit Annihalation.

If the combo is too much for you, and you feel like your damage is okay. You could try indomitable for more leeway on annihalation.

You should have plenty of CDs for that. First one no CDs, second Demoralizing Shout, 3rd Last Stand, 4th Shield Wall

With Shield Block and close to max IP you will survive them all, so you’ve just got to make sure not to get comboed with stomp

Really only two mechanics that matter with Kruul, everything else is a distraction, try to filter them out

Yesterday I posted my raidbot profile on here to ask you guys for help in pointing out my worst piece of gear in order to replace it.
I was having a hard time with Kruul, but last night I stayed up well into the morning and FINALLY beat him!
I ended up using Drums and potion on Inquisitor at the very beginning of the fight. He was the most difficult part for me.
Once I got to Kruul I used the StormBolt Macro on cooldown to make him post pone annihilate as long as possible
I successfully spell reflected twisted reflection twice and I popped cooldowns for adds to make sure he was the only one I could spell reflect.
But anyways, I DID IT! Warrior Challenges complete. I just had to tell someone

I remember doing the prot challenge at 901 ilvl, finally got it the second time the mage tower was available. figuring out the perfect combinations of talents, gear, and legendaries was so god damn fun, having to manage all the different things going on at once, do enough damage but also stay alive and keep track of your interrupts, stuns, SR, and defensive cds was great. They really more challenges like that in the game
