Always hunt for bastion, for traits, and the nlc abilities are more educated guess. Think about it, do some table math, or ask for specific either ors here

ravager actually doesn't do any damage, the closest comparison of Maul or Iron fur mind set is Revenge of Ignore pain but our RPS is much higher than a guardian's is so it's not as big of an issue

I just got Timeless Stratagem legendary shoulders. My legendaries now include Soul of the Battlelord, Insignia of the Grand Army, Sephuz's Secret, and the aforementioned Timeless Stratagem. Sims say Sephuz's and Timeless, which seems to make sense... The speed from Sephuz's seems more useful than booming voice and vengeance (I don't have any tier pieces yet)
