I find cath to be such a weird dungeon. If you can clear the first hallway smoothly the rest of the dungeon feels like cake. But if the first hallway is a struggle, then the bosses are gonna be extremely long a waste a shit ton of time.

Thanks. I feel like I use 5 buttons on my other tanks, but with 4t20/2t21 and the haste stacking, I'm hitting SS, Revenge, IP, Block, BR, BC, Demo, TC rotationally and many of those off the GCD. Feels like I need to do a line before I'm ready to max perform as Prot.
Yeah, not quite as bad as the Glad days, but when they pruned the specs this expansion, I feel like Prot still plays like a John Madden spec.

basically just two tanks and 2 grip bots
but like
you can keep adds further away if you want
since you have double grip at all times for the single grips
so just have the one who's next to aoe grip be the further one out
and have the one doing the close grips on the boss
and swap when the one who was further now has gorefiends on CD
but both can min max dmg a bit, you do lack dmg if they do this
but nice thing too is that you have two additional tanks who can take both rend hits so the groups take less dmg overall
as for two tanking argus, just realize that warriors arent amazing at soaking the souls without the lego pants on...

@timber nest I'm not 100% where the spot is, but I have read that you have to be knocked into the spot by the initial hit of the bombardment for it to actually launch you straight up on subsequent hits. Otherwise it'll just knock you out.

Threat doesn't even affect who gets targeted with Fel Bombardment. I've solo tanked the boss while my OT just took one of them out when it was his turn and I'd soak mine off to the side in range of the boss with CDs.

well that fight is really easy if you are main tank
so you can also use belt and kakushan for more dps

I used legs (for extra safety) and sw ring on progression. Its absolutely doable with gloves and bracers and u'll parse well but since ur only job in that fight is CD management (followed by maximizing dps) so finding a balance ur comfortable with is the way to go
99% of wipes on that fight will be someone other than MTs fucking up so making sure u don't add to the wipe count by missing a CD would be what I'd suggest.

you may be comparing ~6% haste to 50k hp, but also you are gaining a ton of verse and a bit of mastery
