It will make a difference of course but you need to be more specific as to which fight. Trinkets are extremely situational. Most of us usually keep around 4-8 in our bags
If you're constantly taking damage, like M+ trash, codex will be very good. I can't remember if it procs off bleeds but it could be good on Portal Keeper as well in that situation

You can block Burning/Corrupting Maw. That's most of the damage intake
Use spell reflect on high stacks of the maw and don't be afraid to pop some big cooldowns if your stacks are getting really high. @mossy cairn

As for ST dps trinkets @eager tinsel you can use a high item level haste stat stick or a cradle of anguish. The Pantheon trinket is pretty good for dps too. Chrono Shard or Memento are also good at high item level

I tell my cotank to simply taunt a 2nd time when it comes off cd during lust/pot+cd phases. Taunt debuff grants additional threat for that player for its duration

@mossy cairn Something i find a few tanks don't know is that using taunt makes your abilities do 400% threat for a small duration. So if your OT is finding it hard to hold threat they can use taunt on CD while they are the active tank and it will be a mini threat boost.
This is far from ideal obviously but it is a tool in the kit.

@sick sentinel Im not super sure neither but I was told that you should use t20 until you gain 20-25 ilvls. Im facing the same issue as you and feel very squishy with 7.9m hp untill my rage production starts running.

If I'm remembering what Thyme said correctly, it was 20-25 item levels per piece. But that's only for survivability. If you're comfortable/want to go for dps, equip higher item level gear.

In the past issues like yours, @junior ivy i have fixed ( and seen it fixed) with a full clean reinstall (uninstall doesn’t delete all files folders, so you need to delete manually). @sick sentinel The Scythes have their damage reduced by avoidance since it counts as AOE damage. So by putting only 4 pieces of gear with avoidance on (5 if they are low ilvl) you can reach the 20% avoidance cap fairly easily. That's another 20% reduction to the Scythe damage 😃

You can use the legs on King Ymiron to reflect 3 Dark Slashes before you'd need a pet taunt/cd/huge IP shield to survive, can use the extra SR in Upper Karazhan to make the Piercing Missiles more or less a non-factor if you can time them right. Same with Viza'duum if you're having problems there, he'll apply the dot to himself, and that's all I've really noticed outside of just the 50% aoe magic damage mitigation it'd provide
