I found I was getting trucked with LS up, even if I didn't have the actual debuff. For example, on one pull I got 1 shot for 12million, everyone else(the other 4 soaked and were only hit for 4-5mil). If I didn't use LS, I was fine. Figured I was doing something wrong.

You should also be watching the peaks and valleys in item trends
It's easiest to fuck around with raid mats because they tend to swing up and down around the days just prior to and after lockout resets
Unless you're on a really small server. The guild I'm in xferred off a server where they had 20 of the 120~ or so max level characters in their guild for Mythic
Their recruitment pool was dogshit and nobody wanted to jump to a no-name tiny pop server even if they paid

btw, is NF really that strong of a defensive CD that it can handle a 4th scythe in p3? Personally only play my prot warrior for M+ weekly and HC antorus runs, and I rarely used it because I thought it was mainly an offensive ability

Sometimes on bosses though I use Gloves plus TWF when my healer is good or the boss doesn't warrant the extra healing but shield wall CD instead for big abilities

Don't be tempted, it's crap defensively compared to so many other options
Golden rule: Defensively speaking proc trinkets are bad by nature as you want to be able to control when you need mitigation. So the haste proc on chronoshard might come at a time where u don't need it as opposed to an on use trinket you can pop in a time of need.
