@buoyant bobcat Not 100% sure since I don't have Mythic experience, but comparing his log to another warrior of similar ilevel, your guy had almost as much damage taken from bombs in a 5:20 wipe as this guy did in his entire 8:05 kill. I'm not sure if that's normal but that was the only thing that stood out to me. He's not taking excessive damage from Forging Strikes and he seems to have a good % of blocked hits.

Eh. I mean, if you aren't gonna use Shield Wall more often because you're using the ring, it's a wasted effect. Prydaz will at least brunt the damage of a pull. But if you'll get more use out of the ring (by doing big pulls more often with the CDR of Shield Wall or whatever), then yeah use the ring.
And if nothing else it's still slight rage gain
I'd use the ring over Prydaz personally but I don't think it really matters too much in that situation.
