The tank waits to let the two dps walk back into the group while the tank stays still. When the add spawns, the video says the tank needs to get out of the way so the tank heroic leaps out.

My records are a 90 minute Cathedral +5 and a 90 minute EoA +7. The EoA was back when 900 was a good ilevel. I was like 892 and we were carrying an 842 balance druid guildie. Healer left for no reason after the first boss (no wipes or anything), so we made the undergeared boomie go respec resto and finished it lol

Renewed Fury - 10% damage increase. 6 seconds after each ignore pain. Up every single time you want it. Could even call it 100% uptime. But to be worse than avatar you would need less than 44% uptime on it.

There is an advantage to both.

Renewed fury - bigger overall DPS.
Avatar - more burst and can help painful packs die quicker.

Most people run RF simply because it's passively cast as well.
