There are only two bastion relics that drop: one is from Kil'jaeden and one is from Kin'garoth. There are no fire relics with a primary Bastion trait. You can get some bastion iron and (drawing a blank on what our other slot is honestly, blood?) Bastion relics from WQs on Argus as well. Typically you'll get all of your Bastion traits from the T3 NLC traits @upper spoke

Shield Block is what you use when you can block; otherwise it serves no purpose other than to buff your Shield Slam damage.
A very huge chunk of our DPS is from Shield Slams
If your survival is fine, you can use more Revenge instead of more IP, but if you're dying, you should be going defensive anyway
Or learning where you're going wrong (such as not blocking enough)
For comparison's sake, another warrior on normal PK had 55% of blocked melees

Yeah I saw you were using Prydaz and AHR. AHR isn't bad for ST if you can combine it with Last Stand but I imagine gloves and belt are both better, especially on PK since you have imps to hit with TC at times as well as the boss.
DPS-wise, you had 75 SS casts in a 5 1/2 minute fight. A warrior with 2pc T21 had 124 casts in a 5 minute fight. That's how huge T21 2pc is

The issue with prot is you can't misplay much because we don't have fisher price giant HP pools. A bad bear/dk can get farther than a bad warrior. Most players are bad therefore misconnception that warriors are bad perpetuates

so if you're just making the timer in the 15-20 range it's not the worst, but not great
just have to be diligent about not resetting the debuff right as it's about to expire

I think the reason WHoD is better (at least, the first thing I see) is that it would be more DR consistently since you can keep it up the whole time and it refreshes itself. While statuette requires ramp-up and is on a fixed 20 second duration
So yeah you'll get 3 stacks but part of that 20 seconds was spent with 1 stack and part with 2. In that same 20 seconds, WHoD could be max DR the whole time

I think there is a spreadsheet/some other document pinned to this channel that tells how much ilvl outscales secondary stats
My suggestion would be to play around with the gear you have and see what combinations gives you the loss in terms of secondary stats while gaining ilvl(armor/stamina/strength)

I run with TWF alot even when just running 2pce. Gloves + Ring. I find the reduced shield wall CD can come in handy quite a bit.
