When I started wow I started on a pvp and I have a deep seated hatred of rogues...it's not even that they'd kill me, I'd kill them if they engaged me unless they outgeared me..

It's that as I was out harvesting or questing I'd /wave at the opposing faction players, 90% of the time..they'd /wave back and there was no hostilies.

Except rogues, 100% of the time literally every single rogue ever I'd /wave and they'd hit stealth, and start harrassing me while I was questing or harvesting.

when you look at events you can see what buffs you have up, and you can see absorbed damage and blocked damage

i dont think you can see damage reduced by something like shield wall, but you can see that you have the sw buff when you got hit

Well, the reason I'm asking is because someone in the VDH discord is claiming that Demon Spikes reduces Maw damage on dogs, so I was hoping to be able to see that.

Does Maw do the same damage throughout the fight? Can I just find one where it wasn't active and compare it to one where it was?

can you see here, on the damage taken graph i clicked shield block, so you can only see the damage taken while shield block is up? and look at the average melee hit there

if you click sb again you only see damage taken when sb is down

Prot looks very weak and unfun from the streams I've seen. I hope they make some adjustments.
