So the way my IP works is I usually start the fight and BC to stack max IP then it slowly fades then I run on using IP with a stack of vengeance. I have been using HR so my shield slam adds time to my SB so i have uptime and keep uptime on SB. SB>Vengeance IP> Revenge to keep vengeance buff up for next IP>thunderclap.
