Without legs you'll need to alternate CDs with SR, and preferrably the shorter ones first, SR>DS>SR>LS>Sr>SW> etc.

I'm a little confused on how ignore pain works, the sheild doesnt seem to go beyond certain thresholds. I'll pop a full rage ignore pain and it wont go up sometimes. Unless the WA im using isnt tracking it proper

if you aren't taking damage, sure but again in a real world scenario actually hitting IP cap and sustaining that for a given amount of time isn't likely to happen

right, you'd almost always be hitting IP within ~6 seconds anyways to either maintain RF, vengeance weave or to not rage cap regardless of IP cap or not actively tanking

@wary stump is hard to give u a strait answer. ToS tier is strong as fuck, but if you are dropping a lot of iLv it starts to doest worth. There's no math to tell u which gear is better, it's up to you check your stats and get what makes you fell more comfortable

There is math done on the tier though, its in the pins (somewhat faulty, it undervalues t21 4p thanks to changes blizz made after the post)

The biggest gain that the tier combo gives you is the CDR, if you dont utilize that I'd say its better to switch to t21 4p

if you're dying to missed SB, its probably not the uptime fight, but how manage it... as I understand it

You want BR on CD before you hit any SS.

Ideally you should have an "opener" macro with BR/BC/SS that you use to make sure nothing is wasted.

On pull is the only 100% reliable time every thing is off cd at the exact same time, so its just safer to have them as seperate keybinds to use through the rest of the fight

I dont see the apm as an issue though, im used to high apm from master league sc2, so its no where near what i used to need to pull, and i prefer controlling every aspect myself than relying on an easy 1 button cd macro, which has a slight margin of error where as hitting every thing singularly doesnt

you can't really say our mitigation is nerfed, the 90-60% coefficient isnt the only thing about ignore pain

if the amount of damage it absorbs per rage is higher relative to your health pool its a gain

#

say you are at full health and you cast ignore pain for 100k, and the next hit you receive 1m damage

the whole thing will get consumed regardless, so the only relevant part in that case is the size of the shield not the % mitigation

You can use them seperately, I only hold battle cry for a few seconds max if that will give me demo shout up for it as well

relic bis doesn't make sense really in a world with the nlc. basically bastion is far and away the best trait for survival. revenge/tclap are best for offensive. https://bastionofdefense.com/ has some analysis of the tier 2 traits

Crit is by far the worst DPS stat

Cant give you any exact weights for DPS but its generally going to be Str > haste > mastery = versa > > Crit

i havent looked at pots in a very long time as i just default to prolonged, but i assume old war is still bis dps wise, armor is still bis defensively and prolonged hit a middle ground between the 2, but i wouldnt qutoe me on that

Armor pot can probably be used to get an extra scythe or two before you have to start popping big cds, but it probably isn't worth it tbh
