Hello ladies and gentlemen, I have a question. I have a system with an rx9060xt 16gb and a ryzen 5 7500f. When I looked at CS2 game tests on the internet, I saw that people were getting 500-600 fps in the game. When I loaded and entered, my fps was around 200-210. I looked at the power consumption in the AMD software. My gpu and cpu were running at 50 percent. When I looked at the game tests, it froze and people were running around 90-95. No matter what I did, I couldn't increase it. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
