#B350m mortar bios flashback

I have a B350m mortar from a while back and Im making a pc. I have a new ( ish ) 5500g and a 2600x but I can not update or flashback bios no matter how much I've tried. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you're downloading the BIOS update from the webpage for the particular model of motherboard you have?
