CPU : 9800x3d
GPU: 9070xt
RAM: 32 Gigs
Motherboard: gigabyte b650 eagle ax
PSU: 850W be quiet Pure Power 12m Gold Rating

The glitches are appearing in Minecraft, Roblox and very rarely on other games.
GLitches in Roblox start appearing after some time played (around 5-10 min)
I have reinstalled graphics drivers
I have tried another DP port
I have tried the HDMI Port on the GPU
All three GPU fans are spinning
The GPU is not overheating
I have had the GPU for 3 weeks now (2 day daily uptime 15 day break 5 day daily uptime)

Can you measure the temperatures of your CPU and GPU when artifacting is happening? That's to see if either one is getting over 80 C. Another thing to try is downloading the latest Adrenalin driver (25.8.1) and the AMD cleanup utility or DDU to remove the old graphics drivers (run one of those utilities in Windows Safe Mode) and then installing the Adrenalin driver followed by a reboot.

Have you tried another DP or HDMI cable? Sometimes it can be a cheap monitor cable that is poorly grounded. I think your 850 Watt Be Quiet! PSU should be up to the job of running your CPU and GPU, especially for these non-demanding games. How about also trying another monitor?

The Artifacting Issues only happen in Roblox now and they dont even appear when running heavy games on the GPU. I also tried using HDMI and DP and also a second HDMI cable, The Issue is also not Monitor related because I have used another pc witzh the monitor AND the same DP cable and no issues appeared.

Sorry for the late response

Ok. It's important to swap components / connectors when you can to isolate the problem. Has the ambient temperature changed (gotten cooler) now that the artifact issues only happen in Roblox? Have you looked for Roblox software updates?

The ambient temperature hasn't changed. I also have tried other Roblox versions and the issues persisted. I have tried another Monitor and the issue persisted. I havent tried another PCIE lane on my motherboard. There is no problem with the CPU because the integrated graphics work fine. So it must be the GPU or the motherboard

Good News: The TV is the main source of the issue, because the issues go away once I unplug my TV and restart Roblox and other programs.

The TV is 8 years old btw
