Hi everyone,
I recently installed a brand new XFX RX 9070 XT into my system, and I can’t get any display output through HDMI or DisplayPort.
System:
• ROG STRIX B650E-E GAMING WiFi (BIOS 3222, CSM disabled, PCIe Gen4)
• Ryzen 7 7800X3D (no iGPU)
• PSU: 1000w
• 2×8-pin PCIe power cables (separate lines)
Symptoms:
• GPU lights up, fans spin
• Motherboard stops at Q-Code D6 (No Console Output Device)
• No signal on monitor via HDMI or DP (tested multiple monitors and cables)
• POST does not continue
• Tried full CMOS reset, BIOS Gen3/Gen4, HDMI hot-plug, no drives connected — nothing helps
